A built-in type outdoor unit for an air-conditioner is provided to prevent leakage of the air from a space between an outer wall of a building and the outdoor unit to the exterior. A built-in type outdoor unit for an air-conditioner includes a louver frame(108), an outdoor case(104), and a sealing member. The louver frame is fixed to an inner wall of an opened space of a building, divided into a suction region and a discharge region, and includes a plurality of louver blades installed in each region. The outdoor case is fixed on a bottom of the building to be in contact with the louver frame, one surface of which is opened, and the other surfaces of which are closed. The sealing member is installed between the louver frame and the outdoor unit case to make the outdoor unit case in contact with the louver frame.
