A light emission display device having a touch panel is provided to increase visibility of a displayed image by preventing an external beam from being reflected on the light emitting display device. A light emission display device having a touch panel includes a substrate(111), a panel(140), and a touch panel(200). An image display portion including at least one light emitting element is formed on the substrate. The panel is formed on the substrate and encloses the light emitting element with the substrate. The touch panel is formed on the panel and includes a first board, a second board, and a separation unit. The first board includes a lower electrode. The second board is opposed to the first board and selectively passes an incident beam. The separation unit forms a predetermined gap between the first and second boards. |
