A fixing clamp of a receiving shelf is provided to be easily installed on or detached from a post without removing the installation status of a post, and to easily install and dissemble the receiving shelf. The fixing clamp of a receiving shelf includes a fixing body(10), a support body(20) and a tightening cap(30). The fixing body(10) includes a circular pipe(11), a screw portion(12), a compressing portion(13) and a couple of insertion protrusions(15,16). A screw portion penetrating hole(20a), through which the screw portion(12) penetrates, is formed on the central part of the support body(20). On one side of the support body(20), an compressing portion insertion recess(20b) is formed. The tightening cap(30) is coupled with the screw portion and tightens to make the support body(20) coupled on the compressing portion of the fixing body(10) firmly.
