A vehicle for supplying information on lateral image invisible to the naked eye to a driver in changing direction and a direction change control method of the vehicle thereby are provided to improve convenience and safety by selectively operating a camera according to direction and gaining image information with automatic control. A vehicle includes a camera(100) installed in the front of the vehicle, a motor(200) sequentially turning the camera for observing the side in observing a blind spot according to a driving signal, a monitor(300) installed in the vehicle to display image from the camera, and a control circuit(400) having a vehicle speed measuring circuit(403) measuring travel speed of the vehicle, a turn signal driving circuit(402) checking operation of left and right turn signal lamps(500) and a camera driving circuit(401) connecting to the vehicle speed measuring circuit and the turn signal driving circuit and generating a motor driving signal at a stop or in low speed traveling and operating the turn signal driving circuit. The driving signal is automatically generated to supply lateral image invisible to the naked eye to a driver in changing the direction.
