A multi-use tree protector to prevent winter kill of a tree in an apartment area on a winter day and to be used as a support for supporting a tree is provided. To prevent winter kill of the tree, the tree protector can cover the tree by upwardly sliding a first stage frame and second stage frame and polystyrene foams are also inserted inside the body of the tree protector. The multi-use tree protector comprises: a body frame(11) which is fixed to the ground about a circumference of a roadside tree and comprises a semicircular body(111); a first stage frame(12) which is installed inside the body frame and comprising a semicircular body(121); a second stage frame(13) which is installed inside the body frame and comprising a semicircular body(131). The first stage frame is slid up or down inside the body frame and the second frame inside the first step frame. A magnetic plate(116,122,126,132) with a guide groove is attached to the lower of the semicircular body. |
