A fixing apparatus of a terminal box for a residential building is provided to improve the usability of the terminal box by freely moving and rotating the terminal box having an electric receiving hole. A fixing apparatus of a terminal box for a residential building includes a spine fixing plate(20) and a fixing support bar(10). A sponge is fixed inside the spine fixing plate. A coupling pin hole, which penetrates the spine groove, is formed on an end of the spine groove. When a coupling pin is inserted inside the coupling pin hole, a spine is fixed on the spine groove by the coupling pin. Movable long holes are formed in a slant direction on the spine fixing plate, whose end portion is fixed by a coupling cap. A spring is fixed inside the movable long hole. A pin hole is formed on a support mount. A fixing mount is insert-coupled with an insertion groove of the support mount. A slip-preventing rubber is formed on one end periphery of the fixing mount. The fixing support bar fixes the terminal box on the spine fixing plate by using an elastic property of the spring. |
