A high brightness light emitting signboard is provided to manufacture the light emitting signboard easily by simplifying structure, and to improve visibility at a long distance by emitting light at high brightness. A high brightness light emitting signboard includes a signboard body having a side wall formed along an edge and a reflection plate formed in an inner bottom, a band type flexible substrate arranged along the side wall of the signboard body and provided with plural light emitting diodes protruded and arranged at regular intervals, a transparent epoxy resin layer formed in the signboard body to be as wide as the flexible substrate to lay the light emitting diodes, a backlight module(8) formed in the transparent epoxy resin layer to emit light from the light emitting diode and the reflecting plate, and a display panel formed in the backlight module to indicate characters and figures. The backlight module includes a light guide plate(9) guiding light from the light emitting diode, an expansion film(10) formed in the light guide plate to diffuse light from the light guide plate, and upper and lower prisms(11,12) perpendicularly emitting light from the display panel by refracting light from the expansion film.
