Provided is a non-heating type apparatus for sterilizing fluid one to allow fluid or powdered one as some part of a food material to be sterilized without heating irrespective of the kind of the food material. The non-heating type sterilizing apparatus comprises a flow-in frame(110) which is provided with a flow-in pipe(111) where fluid is flown; a flow-out frame(120) which is provided with a flow-out pipe(121) where the sterilized fluid is discharged; a spiral tube(130) which is formed in a form of screw between the flow-in frame and the flow-out frame and forms the channel of fluid; a plurality of sterilizing wave generating units(150) which irradiate the sterilizing wave towards the spiral tube; a tank(112) which is combined with the flow-in pipe to store the fluid temporarily; and a pump(115) which forces the fluid stored in the tank to flow toward the flow-in frame.
