A lower part of the apron is extended by a tamper evident ring (8) connected to the apron by a sectional connection plate. The ring has an annular projection (11) comprising upper and lower sides. The device can be made of thermoplastic materials to provide better rigidity at its part constituted of the apron and the transversal wall and sufficient flexibility at the level of the ring and the plate, thus ensuring a reduced risk of tearing the plastic band installed in the existing bottle and easy installation of the device on the bottle neck.
