Provided are a seasoning solution for pomegranate ssammu(pickled radish for wrapping meat, etc.), its preparation method, and a pomegranate ssammu prepared by using the seasoning solution which can be stored for 90 days or more. The seasoning solution comprises 79.000-97.000 wt% of purified water; 2.000-15.000 wt% of fermented vinegar; 1.000-10.000 wt% of a pomegranate concentrated solution; 0.010-2.000 wt% of refined salt; 0.010-0.800 wt% of vitamin C; 0.001-0.050 wt% of a grapefruit extract; a sweetening agent; and other additives. The method comprises the steps of dissolving a grapefruit extract in purified water, adding fermented vinegar, a pomegranate concentrated solution and a sweetening agent to it, and fermenting it at 5-25 deg.C for 24-72 hours; and adding refined salt, vitamin C and other additives to the obtained one and secondly it at a room temperature for 2 hours or more. |
