A portable welding torch which is easily carried by embedding a welding rod holder and an inverter radiation structure in a body of a case, and can emit heat generated from the inverter and a handle into the atmosphere by installing a blower on the rear side of the case body is provided. A portable welding equipment comprises a welding rod holder(20) for holding a welding rod(21b); a case(30) in which the welding rod holder is installed, and which has a neck part formed on a front portion thereof, wherein an outlet(31) is formed on the neck part to exhaust air; an inverter(40) installed within the case; a blower(50) installed on the rear side of the case; a handle(60) adhered to the bottom side of the case; an operating switch(61) installed on the handle; and clamps(70) for providing a base metal to be welded with a (-) electrode. The electrode rod holder comprises a holder cap(21), a holding body(22), a holding operator, a traction spring, a first wheel, a second wheel, and a traction lever(29).
