A device for connecting an outlet is provided to simply connect external input lines to a telephone or a power outlet and simply release the connection only by rotating an operating knob without an additional tool. Pushing pieces(3,3') are separated from front and rear outlet connecting terminals(1,1') and are protruded upward. A central axial hole(5) is formed at a central part of a bottom, which is separated from the pushing pieces at a predetermined distance, and integratedly connected with a connection guide hole(4) and a dismantling guide hole(4'). A dismantling key(7) includes a central axis rod(9); protruded rods(12,12') protruded at a surface of the central axis rod at symmetrical positions; a semicircular stopper(13) connected with a lower part of the central axis rod, and inserted into the central axial hole; and an operating knob(16) connected with an upper part of the central axis rod. According to rotation of the operating knob of the dismantling key to right or left, the protruded rods rotate right or left for pressurizing the pushing pieces or releasing pressurization of the pushing pieces so that input lines(14,14') inserted into spaces between the pushing pieces and the outlet connecting terminals are closely connected with the outlet connecting terminals, or connection with the outlet connecting terminals is released. The semicircular stopper rotates toward the connection guide hole or the dismantling guide hole from the central axial hole for preventing rotation over a certain angle.
