A method of preventing wrinkle of laundry is provided to prevent the laundry from being wrinkled by judging the dehydration delaying mode condition before discharging the water, and then delaying the discharge if the dehydration delaying mode is set. A method of preventing wrinkle of laundry comprises a first step(S100) of judging the input condition of the washing command; a second step(S110) of operating the washing process if the washing command is inputted; a third step(S120) of discharging the water if the washing process is completed; a fourth step(S130) of operating the rinsing process if the discharge is completed; a fifth step(S140) of judging whether or not this step is the last discharge operation before the operating the discharge operation; a sixth step(S150) of judging whether or not the dehydration delaying mode is set; a seventh step(S160) of operating the last discharge/dehydration process if the dehydration delaying mode is not set; an eighth step(S170) of operating the temporary stop mode if the dehydration delaying mode is set; a ninth step(S180) of judging whether or not the set time is passed; and a tenth step(S190) of turning off the power and finishing all operations with water filled in the washing tub if an additional input signal is not inputted even though the set time is passed.
