An organic light-emitting display device and a method for fabricating the same are provided to prevent inflow of oxygen and moisture into an inner space including a pixel region by attaching a first and second substrates to each other by using a frit. A first substrate(100) includes a pixel region(105) and a non-pixel region. A plurality of organic light-emitting diodes are formed on the pixel region. The non-pixel region is formed around the pixel region. A second substrate(200) is arranged on an upper part of the first substrate in order to be overlapped with a part of the pixel region and the non-pixel region of the first substrate. A frit(300) is formed on an entire surface of an inner surface of the second substrate. The frit corresponding to one region of the non-pixel region is thicker than the frit overlapped with the pixel region. The first and second substrates are attached to each other by using the frit corresponding to the non-pixel region. |
