A rattle noise prevention-type electric steering apparatus for a vehicle is provided to prevent the clearance from occurring between the worm shaft and the worm wheel by combining the support bearing at the shaft part of the end of the worm shaft rotated by the motor. A rattle noise prevention-type electric steering apparatus for a vehicle comprises a worm shaft(3) rotated by a motor(2) changing the steering force of a driver into a rotary force; a worm wheel(6) tooth-geared to the worm shaft to generate the rotary force operating the gear box connected to a steering wheel; and a clearance prevention unit for blocking the clearance occurrence of the tooth-geared gears between the worm shaft and the worm wheel. The clearance prevention unit is combined with a support bearing at the shaft part of the end of the worm shaft rotated by the motor. A taper slider(7) has a body fitted in the upper space in a housing(5) receiving the worm wheel to pressurize the support bearing circumferentially, and a taper projecting end obliquely projected from the body.
