An apparatus for preventing error of fuel injection is provided to elevate the value of the commercial product according to the reduction of the replacement of the parts due to the error injection of the gasoline fuel at the diesel vehicle by mounting the stop sensor member at the front end of the injection gun. An apparatus for preventing error of fuel injection is composed of a body member(10) mounted in a fuel filler neck(11); a hinge member(15) installed at the body member; a fuel injection prevention cover member(20) rotatably mounted in the body member by the hinge operation of the hinge member; a gun hanging cover member(30) rotatably mounted by placing a push rod(33) at the fuel injection prevention cover member, arranged with a penetration unit(31) where the gasoline fuel injection gun is inserted, and pressured/lifted when the diesel fuel injection gun is inserted; an elastic member(41) mounted between the both cover members to apply the rotary elastic force; and a stop sensor member mounted at the front end of the gasoline fuel injection gun to stop the fuel injection of the gasoline fuel when contacting the gasoline fuel due to the overflow. A sealing member is mounted at the fuel injection cover member to seal the outlet of the fuel. The sealing member is installed as a rubber member.
