An organic light-emitting display device and a method for fabricating the same are provided to simplify a manufacturing process by forming a black matrix of a second pixel region in a process for sealing a first and second substrates. A first substrate(100) includes a first and second pixel regions(105,106) and a non-pixel region. A plurality of organic light emitting diodes are formed on the first and second pixel regions. The non-pixel region is formed around the first and second pixel regions. A second substrate(200) is formed on the first substrate in order to be overlapped with a part of the first and second pixel regions and the non-pixel region of the first substrate. A frit(300) is formed between the first and second substrates in order to be overlapped with one of the first and second pixel regions and a part of the non-pixel region. The frit corresponding to the non-pixel region is thicker than the frit overlapped with the first pixel region or the second pixel region. The first and second substrates are attached to each other by using the frit corresponding to the non-pixel region.
