A process for manufacturing a Dokdo miniature is provided to suppress generation of air bubbles and to enhance the strength by adding an anti-air bubble agent in a manufacturing process. A molding process is performed to mold a Dokdo miniature. A basic mold is manufactured by coating and hardening silicon on the Dokdo miniature. A synthetic resin is manufactured by adding CaCO3, SiO2, Al2O3, TiO2, Fe2O3, C2H6O2, a hardener, and phytoncide oil to an unsaturated polyester resin. The mold is completed by coating the synthetic resin and attaching a glass mat on the basic mold. The Dokdo miniature is separated from the mold. The synthetic resin is coated and hardened on the inner surface of the mold. The synthetic resin is coated on the mold and the glass mat is attached on the mold. The synthetic resin is coated on the mold. A silicon bar is used for removing air bubbles between the unhardened synthetic resin and the glass mat. The Dokdo miniature is manufactured by attaching the glass mat, coating the synthetic resin, and using the silicon bar. The Dokdo miniature is separated from the mold. A cleaning process and a drying process are performed. |
