TONER FOR PRODUCING WIRING BOARD AND METHOD OF PRODUCING WIRING BOARD USING THEREOF

A toner for fabricating a wiring board is provided to be employed to prepare a conductor base layer for the wiring board, which has a conductor layer fabricated by forming the conductor base layer and plating the base layer, by preparing the toner particles with thermosetting coupling resin and conductive particles. The toner comprises: coupling resin(2) containing uncured thermosetting resin as major component; 15 to 70wt.% of conductive particles(1) having average diameter ranging from 0.05 to 1 micrometer; and external additive(6) that includes first metal oxide particles(3) having BET specific surface area ranging from 150 to 400m^2/g and being hydrophobic, and second metal oxide particles(4) having BET specific surface area ranging from 10 to 70m^2/g and average diameter larger than that of the first metal oxide particles. The external additive further contains metal soap. Amount of the first metal oxide particles ranges from 0.3 to 1.5wt.% and amount of the second metal oxide particles ranges from 0.5 to 2.0wt.%.
