An input device for using color information as a control command is provided to easily play A/V(Audio/Video) contents of a picture or a sentence by making a device having a color sensor function obtain the color information and automatically transmit the control command to a player when a user selects the picture or the sentence printed in a teaching material. The color sensor input part(11) detects a document, the picture, and the color information recorded as the control command for a monitor. A color information decoder(12) separates the input color information into 24-bit RGB(Red/Green/Blue) value. A communication protocol generator connects the RGB color value to an external device. A power supply unit(15) supplies power to the input device. An external device interface(14) connects with the external device through the wired/wireless network. A terminal includes the input device, and plays the A/V in a chapter or file unit by receiving the command from the input device in a kid learning tool or a language teaching material including the color information.
