A panel hemming equipment which reduces working hour by completing pre-hemming and main hemming of inner and outer panels at once through a main hemming tool, a subsidiary hemming tool and a guider, and can minimize facility investment cost by miniaturizing the equipment is provided. A panel hemming equipment(1) comprises: a connecting bracket(13) of which one end is fixed to the tip of an arm of a robot; a first cylinder(C1) mounted on an upper portion of the connecting bracket; a main hemming tool(17) of which one end is mounted on the tip of an operating rod(R1) of the first cylinder, and which has a reference padding part(19) formed on the other end thereof, wherein the main hemming tool comprises a main hemming surface(F1) formed on the tip of the reference padding part as an outward inclined plane, and a pre-hemming surface(F2) formed as an inward inclined plane; a second cylinder(C2) mounted on a lower portion of the connecting bracket; a panel guide block(21) of which one end is mounted on the tip of an operating rod(R2) of the second cylinder through a cushion means(23), and which has a panel guide surface(25) formed on the other end thereof to support an outer surface of a flange part(FP) of an outer panel(11); a third cylinder(C3) mounted on the center of the connecting bracket between the first and second cylinders; and a subsidiary hemming tool(33) of which one end is mounted on the tip of an operating rod(R3) of the third cylinder between the main hemming tool and the pane guide block, and which has upper and lower pre-hemming blocks(35,37) installed on the other end thereof through a hinge part(H).
