摘要 An apparatus for controlling steer property of a coupled torsion beam-type rear suspension is provided to reduce the oversteer phenomenon when cornering the vehicle and improve the riding comfort by lifting up and down the mounting center for the wheel center through the actuator. An apparatus for controlling steer property of a coupled torsion beam-type rear suspension comprises a moving unit(2) longitudinally moving the opposite combined area of a wheel(W) of a trailing arm(1) to have a mounting center(B) at a lower position than a wheel center(A) of the wheel and to generate the driving force; a controller(5) controlling the moving unit; and a vehicle position measuring unit judging whether or not the controller drives the moving unit. The moving unit has a combining member(3) combined at one end of the trailing arm through the medium of the pin, and an actuator(4) lifting up and down the mounting center for the wheel center. The vehicle position measuring unit has a vehicle speed sensor(6) measuring the speed of the vehicle while traveling, and a steering angle sensor(7) measuring the range of the steering angle.
