A method for manufacturing a nozzle partition with an integrated spacer band for a turbine and a nozzle partition with an integrated spacer band are provided to eliminate the necessity of welding process, and prevent steam or gas leakage. A method for manufacturing a nozzle partition with an integrated spacer band for a turbine, comprises a step of preparing a ring-shaped base; a step of cutting the surface of the base; a step of disposing the base onto a stepwise rotatable die, and cutting blades by using a cutting tool having at least four-axis degree of freedom; a step of disposing the base onto the stepwise rotatable die, and polishing the base by using a polishing tool having at least four-axis degree of freedom; and a step of cutting the base into a fan shape. |
