Provided is an antibacterial polymer which is harmless to the human body, shows an excellent antibacterial effect to various bacteria and can maintain the antibacterial effect semi-permanently. The antibacterial polymer is a polystyrene-based polymer whose terminal is substituted with an antibacterial molecule represented by the formula 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6. Preferably the polystyrene-based polymer is aminomethyl polystyrene; and the antibacterial polymer has a size of 100-200 mesh. The antibacterial molecule represented by the formula 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 is bonded to the terminal of a polystyrene-based polymer in a dimethylacetamide solvent by covalent bond.
