The tablet has two rectangular main faces, where one of the faces is in convex shape and the other face includes a concavity in its central part. The latter face is equipped with two perpendicular grooves (7, 8), where one groove is deeper than the other groove. The grooves coincide with its mediatory and act as divisible bars for the tablet, where contractions (9) are provided at the level of the grooves.
