The shelter has two bases for resting on the ground, and two poles that are erected from the respective bases. A frame is supported by the poles, and is formed of two side rails (5). A tarpaulin (16) is extended on the frame. The frame has a winder (11) at one end to drive a drum, on which one end of the tarpaulin is fixed, for rolling the tarpaulin so as to disengage the frame. The other end of the tarpaulin is fixed with a tubular unit (17). The unit (17) stops against the rails when the tarpaulin is rolled.
