Provided are a polymer battery pack which is improved in the strength and reliance of appearance and is reduced in the thickness of a frame case and a finishing tape, and its preparation method. The polymer battery pack comprises a core pack(110) which comprises a bare cell(110) having a plurality of long side parts(113) and short side parts(114) and a protection circuit member(117) adhered to the bare cell; a frame case(120) which surrounds the short side parts of the bare cell and the protection circuit member of the core pack and allows the long side parts of the bare cell to be exposed outwards; and a finishing tape(130) which is adhered to the long side part of the bare cell exposed by the frame case.
