A mobile communication terminal is provided to reduce a size of a case under a condition of the same screen size or to increase a size of the screen under a condition of the same case size by installing an instruction recognizer between a screen and keypad such that a part of the instruction keys can be substituted. A mobile communication terminal comprises a keypad(120), a screen(130) and an instruction recognizer(160). The keypad(120), installed under a case(110), enables a user to input a certain instruction. The screen(130), arranged over the keypad(120), displays a situation that the instruction is inputted on the keypad(120). The instruction recognizer, installed between the keypad(120) and the screen(130), recognizes an up/down/left/right instruction through a sensor which can sense a relative movement direction between the keypad(120) and the screen(130).
