Device for positioning the fixing screws of an intramedullary nail (1) inserted in the medullary canal of a long bone, particularly the distal screws, provided with distal holes (8, 9) for the passage of the screws, comprising a bar (11), an arm (5) which has a first end provided with means (4) for securing the intramedullary nail (1) and a second end connected to the bar (11), so that the bar lies substantially in the direction (A) of the nail, an alignment fixture (20) being provided, which is mounted on the bar (11) at the opposite end with respect to the end for connection to the arm and comprises a head (24) made of a material which is transparent to radiation and is provided with guiding holes (28-31) for the distal screws, the fixture being arrangeable transversely to the axis of the nail in order to bring the guiding holes (28-31) into alignment with the distal holes (8, 9). |
