<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oven which efficiently can heat conventional analysis column to correctly measure its temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The radiation oven 200 utilizing radiant energy source 206 is provided with an insert 300. This insert may be either copper or aluminum, inner face of which, for example, is applied with coating so as to receive radiant electromagnetic energy to be converted into heat.
