PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a spherical elastic surface wave element not damaging the circulating route of the spherical elastic surface wave element and facilitating the drawing-out of the electrode of the spherical elastic surface wave element.

SOLUTION: In the fixing process of the spherical elastic surface wave element, the spherical elastic surface wave element is sucked in the recess corresponding to the shape of the spherical elastic surface wave element by one support having a sucking function and one support electrode to make a continuity between one support electrode and one electrode of the spherical elastic surface wave element and the spherical elastic surface wave element is held by other support having other support electrode to make a continuity between the other support electrode and the other electrode of the spherical elastic surface wave element.
