<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To respond to recent needs, improve responsiveness in tape tension control, and promptly perform control to achieve a target tension value. <P>SOLUTION: This tape supply device is provided with a first roller 102 around which a base material tape 101 is wound; a supply roller drive shaft 60 driving the first roller 102; a pressure roller drive shaft 12 applying drive force to the base material tape 101 to pay out the base material tape 101 from the first roller 102; a dancer roller 61 provided in a direction intersecting with the conveying direction of the base material tape 101 fed out by the drive force so as to be advanced/retreated; an air cylinder 62 for advancing/retreating the dancer roller 61 in the intersecting direction; and a tension control part 30B for controlling the air cylinder 62 based on the tension of the fed out base material tape 101. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
