<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray device in which the judgment of a spring member is needless and is decreased and an independent spring member is dispensed with to decrease the number of components and a sprayer provided with the spray device. <P>SOLUTION: In the spray device constituted so as to be attached to a vessel 10 housing contents such as a cosmetic liquid, to spray the vessel contents discharged from a stem 21 through a spray device main body by pushing a resin made spout 26 against the pressing force of the spring member 32 to put the stem 21, for example, into a pump type spray device main body P and to return the spout to the former position by the pressing force of the spring member when the hand is kept from the pushed spout, the spring member 32 is integrally provided with the spout 26.
