PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent peaks and dips from occurring at the position of ears of a passenger by vehicle cabin sound field characteristics as to a sound effect outputted from a speaker. SOLUTION: Gain characteristics depending on the frequency of a reference signal (Sr) from speakers (14, 15) to a passenger position (29) in a motor cabin, i.e., gain characteristics (Ci00a) which are an inversion of vehicle cabin sound field characteristics (C00+F×C10) are set in a first acoustic corrector (51a). At the passenger position (29), a gain characteristic curve that is flat at various frequencies is achieved to prevent gain peaks and dips from occurring at the passenger position (29). Thus, a sound effect generated at the passenger position (29) is made linear depending on the state of a vibration noise source, or more specifically, a noise source caused by an accelerating action on the motor vehicle.
