PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio signal control method and a device that automatically emphasizes a low-pitched sound by detecting floating of the ear pad portion. SOLUTION: Two or more pressure sensors (distortion gauge) A and B, detecting mounting states of headphones on ears, are fitted to ear pad portions 53L and 53R of the headphones, sense signals of the sensors are compared with each other, to monitor whether ear pad is floating; when it is floating, the low-pitched range of an audio signal is emphasized.
