PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide FRP grating and its manufacturing method, having sufficient characteristics such as strength and the like required for structural members of buildings as well as other characteristics such as design possibility, decorativeness or the like in addition to the ability to bring out a unique design effect by uniformly luminescing from the whole surface at night. SOLUTION: A compound material mixed with reinforcing fibers is formed to a grid shape within a translucent matrix resin 10 with a light accumulating agent scattered almost uniformly throughout the whole of the compound material formed to the grid shape, and the whole of the compound material formed to the grid shape is made freely luminous and light-regenerative over the whole of the compound material.
