PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a rubber roller capable of giving a rubber roller having an excellent surface causing no unqualified image by reducing air finally remaining in the rubber filled in a mold to prevent generation of a void. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the rubber roller comprises a rubber kneading process of kneading a rubber with a kneader, a plasticizing process of plasticizing the kneaded rubber in a forming machine, and a filling process of filling the plasticized rubber in the mold with the molding machine. Degassing is conducted in two processes including the rubber kneading process and the filling process or preferably in all the processes including the plasticizing process.
