PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer molded object which can inhibit a deformation during manufacturing and has a stabilized shape of a finished product, and a method for manufacturing this molded object. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic elastomer molded object 10 can be obtained by blow-molding a parison 15 molded by an injection molding process, and has a cylindrical end part 12 formed during injection molding and a flexible bellows-shape body part 11 formed during blow molding after the injection molding. In addition, a thin-walled and cylindrical heat-conduction inhibiting part (a cylindrical part 14) which inhibits a heat conduction between the end part 12 and the body part 11 during the injection molding, is provided between the end part 12 and the body part 11.
