METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING CONTAINER MADE OF FIBER REINFORCED PLASTIC MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance work efficiency by dispensing with the consideration of a design such as the lowering of strength or the like and easily performing the mounting of a partition wall. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing apparatus of a container made of a fiber reinforced plastic material, support shafts 1a and 1b are provided to the center parts of both ends of a mandrel 2 around which a strip like reinforcing fiber base material 3 impregnated with a matrix resin is wound and supported by mandrel support devices 6a and 6b in a freely rotatable manner through bearing members 5a and 5b. Support members 7 for supporting the partition wall members 4 integrally molded on the opening parts of both ends of a cylindrical container W are provided to the support shafts 1a and 1b so as to be possible to slide. The support members 7 support the partition wall members 4 in a contact state and move them to a position where the partition wall members 4 and the attaching parts 4a thereof do not interfere with the winding of the reinforcing fiber base material 3 when the strip like reinforcing fiber base materials 3 are wound around the mandrel 2.
