PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thick and large-sized molded body showing excellence in chemical resistance and heat resistance. SOLUTION: The molded body is formed by using a polyethylene-based resin satisfying the following requirements (A) to (D): the requirement (A) that a density is not less than 890 kg/m<SP>3</SP>to not more than 980 kg/m<SP>3</SP>; the requirement (B) that the number of 6C or more long branched chains per 1,000 carbon atoms is not less than 0.01 to not more than 3; the requirement (C) that melt tension (MS<SB>190</SB>)(mN) measured at 190°C and an MFR (g/10 minutes at 190°C) under a load of 2.16 kg satisfy the equation (1) of MS<SB>190</SB>>22×MFR<SP>-0.88</SP>, and melt tension (MS<SB>160</SB>)(mN) measured at 160°C and the MFR (g/10 minutes at 190°C) under the load of 2.16 kg satisfy the equation (2) of MS<SB>160</SB>>110-110×log(MFR); and the requirement (D) that only one peak is observed in an endothermic curve of temperature-raising measurement by a Differential Scanning Calorimeter.
