PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply member and a heating device using it capable of improving durability of the device. SOLUTION: The power supply member 100 is provided with a first rod-like member 101 connected to a power supply object, a second rod-like member 103 connected to a power source, and a heat function member 102 which is installed between the first rod-like member 101 and the second rod-like member 103, and in which a cross sectional area in the axial direction is smaller, and the surface area is larger as compared with those of the first rod-like member 101 and the second rod-like member 103.
