PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk loading device capable of surely centering even a disk with a small diameter and loading the disk with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A right part of the conventional disk stopper 6 is made to extend, and an almost cylindrical hub 6d extending downward below the bottom face of the disk stopper 6 is provided at a further right side in front of a hub 6b provided at an original right end part being the point part of the disk stopper. In the hub 6d, a distance between the hub 6d indicated by a dimension line A and a right side face of a chassis 4 is made smaller than the radius of a disk of a small diameter, that is, less than 4 cm. Because of this configuration, the center of a disk 2 is absolutely located at a left side of the hub 6b to thus prevent the disk 2 from going into between the hub of the disk stopper 6 and the right side face of the chassis 4, and the disk 2 is guided inward by the hub 6d, thereby making it possible to perform smooth centering and chucking.
