PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ethylene-α-olefin-nonconjugated polyene copolymer that imparts a crosslinked product excellent in mechanical strengths such as tensile behavior, and when used as a plasticizer for a polymer such as a rubber, supplies superior processability, mechanical strengths of the crosslinked product and rubber elasticity (permanent compression strain), and to provide a crosslinkable copolymer composition comprising it and use thereof. SOLUTION: This copolymer comprises an ethylene unit, a 3-20Cα-olefin unit and a nonconjugated polyene unit represented by formula [I] or [II], in which a weight ratio of the ethylene unit to the olefin unit is 40/60-95/5, V is 0.01-20 when the total weight of the polyene unit is V wt.%, limiting viscosity [η] (in decalin at 135°C) is 0.01-2.0 dl/g, and Mw/Mn is within a range of following formula (P): 2+0.05×V×[η]≤Mw/Mn≤2+4.8×V×[η] (P).
