The device has a stage (E1) comprising diffusion modules (MS11-MS1N) each having an input and n outputs. A stage (E2) comprises selection modules (MS21-MS2Q) each comprising an input and q outputs. A stage (E3) has a spatial router comprising specific inputs and outputs. The outputs of the stage (E1, E2) are connected to inputs and outputs of the stage (E3) respectively. A coupling unit (MBF) couples each input of the stage (E3) to one of the outputs of the stage (E3) based on the chosen input/output combination.
