The method of manufacturing the battery protection chip so configured and the battery pack including the same are also provided. According to the present invention, the production costs can be significantly reduced by simplifying a battery protection chip including a temperature sensor and a switching device operating with a predetermined voltage change into a single chip; the overcharge can be prevented, the overcurrent can be controlled and the thermal stability can also be ensured; of the mass production can be made and the malfunction and failure can also be prevented by adjusting characteristic variations between a plurality of the battery protection chips within a certain range.
