CASH TRANSACTION MACHINE OF HAVING DISCRIMINATIVE CASSETTE CONSTRUCTION BY KIND OF PAPER MONEY

An automated teller machine having different cassette structures according to the kind of paper is provided to easily discriminate the kind of paper money received in each cassette receiving unit by varying the positions and numbers of protrusion buttons in the cassette receiving unit and a cassette. An automated teller machine includes cassette receiving units(281~284) having at least one receiving protrusion button on at least one side, and cassettes(210~240) received in the cassette receiving units and having at least one cassette protrusion button. In case that the cassette protrusion button is not installed at the position of the cassette corresponding to the position of the cassette receiving unit having the receiving protrusion button, the cassette is received in the cassette receiving unit.
