A waterproof staircase for preventing slip and guiding a passage in an emergency and a construction method thereof are provided to prevent leak and aging of a building by repeatedly contacting a protruded part of a waterproof stair to an upper part of a concrete slab and installing a lower front of the other waterproof stair on the protruded part of the waterproof stair. A waterproof staircase(30) is installed by contacting an inclined surface of a waterproof stair(40) to a concrete slab(12) and mounting a lower front of the other stair on a protruded part(41) of the waterproof stair for forming a space part(44). The waterproof stair includes the protruded part formed at a side of a hexahedral step part(42), and the inclined surface inclined and formed in a corner by contacting a lower part(43) with the protruded part to a rear part. A groove part is formed in an upper part of the front of the waterproof stair, and an upper part of a slip preventing/filling frame is mounted to the groove part. The filling part is inserted to the space part. |
