Provided is a method for cultivating Ramaria Botrytis (Pers.) Ricken artificially to improve production yield and economical efficiency and to allow Ramaria Botrytis (Pers.) Ricken to be cultivated by simple process. The method comprises the steps of putting a culture medium which comprises the wood and sawdust of a needle-leaf tree and a broad leaf tree, cotton seed meal, cottonseed hulls and pulverized sugar cane, into a bottle; sterilizing it with a sterilizer of 121 deg.C of atmospheric pressure and high pressure for 80-100 min; inoculating a liquid spawn to it; cultivating it for 25-30 days; and raising it at a temperature of 15-25 deg.C and at a humidity of 60-70 % for 10 days to cultivate Ramaria Botrytis (Pers.) Ricken.
