A method for modifying an inner ceiling of an arch roof is provided to cut down construction cost, and to reduce modifying time by constructing a multifunctional finishing material without removing an aged finishing material combined with an inside of the arch roof. An insertion support bar(100) is penetrated and fixed to an assembling surface of an arch panel(10) and spaced from the other insertion support bar. An insertion bar(320) is formed longitudinally in a guide bar(300), and the guide bar is combined with the insertion support bar. A roof structure is constructed by assembling both sides of plural arch panels. The insertion support bar are arranged at regular intervals and inserted to the assembling surface of the arch panels by penetrating a finishing material(20) of the assembling surface with an upper part of the insertion support bar. A lower part of the insertion support bar is combined with the guide bar, and the inside of the arch roof is finished by placing the finishing material in the upper part of the guide bar.
