<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell capable of operating in a wide range by circulating water equally for all cells. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel battery cell 1 includes a solid polymer membrane 10, a cathode electrode 20 with drainage for draining water around the solid polymer membrane 10 to be higher on an oxygen drain side than an oxygen supply side, and an anode electrode 30 supplying hydrogen from an opposite side of the oxygen drain side pinching the solid polymer membrane 10 and draining hydrogen from the opposite side of the oxygen supply side, and also, with drainage for draining water around the solid polymer membrane 10 to be set higher on a hydrogen supply side than a hydrogen drain side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
